Thousands of visitors attend the German Bundestag’s Open Day

On Sunday, 7 September, against a backdrop of bright sunshine, 23,500 visitors made their way to Berlin’s parliamentary district, where the German Bundestag had invited the public to attend its Open Day. Parliament presented itself to visitors in the Reichstag, Paul Löbe and Marie-Elisabeth Lüders Buildings, which stayed open until 8 p.m.
