| Transparency and functionality were the concepts behind the design of the 30 metre high entrance hall. The hall acts as an assembly point for visitors. From here elevators take groups up to the visitor floor and non-preregistered visitors are able to go directly to the dome roof terrace. Behind the glass walls is the West Lobby from which the heart of the German parliament is clearly visible – the Plenary Chamber. | ||
