The Press Lobby on the parliamentary party floor, here seen from the north-west, wraps round the conical vent from the Plenary Chamber, which continues up into the glass dome. On days when parliament is in session, the view down into the Plenary Chamber is blocked by screens. To the left you can see the north lightwell.
