The Debates give the texts of all
speeches and debates in the House, except those made when the House
is in Committee. - In addition, a separate supplement containing
written questions and answers has been published since 1989
Appendices to
the journals of the House of Representatives
These are the reports of Government departments, certain statutory
bodies, some international agreements and conventions relating to
New Zealand, financial statements, reports of Parliamentary select
committees, commissions and Royal Commissions which the House
orders to be printed. - They are produced as individual papers,
then annual bound volumes. - Each paper has a shoulder number and
generally the same number is assigned to the same paper each year.
- The papers included are listed in the schedules of the
Journals
