The small Library is also in charge of the archival materials.
Parliamentary documents are indexed as well. The Library is at the
disposal of Members, but the public is permitted to consult
parliamentary documents, too

The Proceedings of the Senate and its committees and the
Proceedings of the House of Representatives and its committees are
recorded verbatim and are stored.
They are not published, but are available for public perusal. All
records are in English
