The 7th Global Forum of the Global Parliamentarians on Habitat will take place from 18 to 20 May 2011 in the historic centre of Zadar, Croatia.
Parliamentarians from around the world will gather once more in 2011 to discuss current challenges in the field of sustainable urban development and to advance solutions.
The conference will be hosted by the City of Zadar and the Croatian Parliament.
Parliamentarians from around the world who deal with questions of Sustainable Urban Development, Climate Change, Environment, Housing and Local Self-Government are invited to develop solutions for one of the following topics: “Legislators as Drivers of Change” or “Climate Change and Coastal Cities”. The results of the workshops will be recorded in a „Declaration of Zadar“ which will be a useful tool for our political work on a national and international level.
Registrations for the Global Forum are managed by the Terra Travel Agency Zadar ( www.terratravel.hr, Tel. +385.(0)23.337 294, Fax +385.(0)23.337 295) and can be made via their website until 30 April 2011.
