The parliamentary groups have agreed that half an hour be set aside for the debate of these items... I do not hear any objections, so we shall proceed as planned. I therefore open the debate. The Committee on Internal Affairs recommends in point one of its recommendation for a decision, printed paper 14/8886, that the bill be adopted as amended by the committee. Here, I draw your attention to the editorial amendments to which Mr Bahr referred a moment ago. First, we must vote on the two motions for amendments tabled by the PDS parliamentary group.
