Aims:
- To strengthen the common identity of the Baltic Sea Region by close cooperation between national and regional parliaments
- to initiate and guide political activities in the region
- to act as a forum for debate and the exchange of information and experience between parliaments and other international and interregional organizations

National and regional parliaments of the Baltic Sea Region, regional organizations and parliamentary assemblies as observers

Variable (4-5 delegates per member parliament, 2-3 delegates per observer)
