| This foyer is outside the largest conference hall in the house, which accommodates the European Committee in the south-east rotunda. Its special constitutional position is reflected in the fact that it is the only committee not to meet in one of the eight smaller rotundas. The "Seats of Power" installation is the creation of UK artist Angela Bulloch. When someone sits down on one of the coloured benches, a light of the same colour is illuminated in the entrance hall below. | ||
