* Newsletter of books and documentation. Quarterly. This newsletter is an institutional publication announcing activities of the entire LIS. Including new services and policies, new collections, foreign codes introduction, the statistics and bibliographies of other document services, etc.

*Chinese legislative news review index. Monthly. This index provides news messages from more than fifteen titles of Chinese newspapers, inlcuding the status and criticism about the bill, the public opinions, and the statements of legislators.

Chinese legislative news review series. Irregular. This review collects all the news messages under one same topic from the item sof the Legislative News Clippings Service by the LIS

Selective dissemination of information series
Assembles articles from chapters of monographs, proceedings and reports, which focus on hot issues, bill amendments and political events. - Restricted circulation

Codes and reference books catalogue. Biennial. This is a bibliographic list for all reference materials and codes collections within the LIS

Gazettes, proceedings and serial catalogue. Biennial. This is a bibliographic list fot all the official gazettes, proceedings and all the serial collections within the LIS.

The Legislative Yuan Library Catalogue. This bibliographic list contains all the monographs, periodicals, codes and every kind of government gazettes, proceedings etc. held in the LIS

*LEGISIS thesaurus. Biennial. This Chinese-English bilingual thesaurus contains 3924 terms in law, politics and social sciences. It serves as a vocabulary control tool for LIS databases and enhances the precision rate in retrieving information from LIS databases.

Selective abstracts of U.S. Congressional record. Arranged in eight broad subjects, this collection contains more than five hundred abstracts of senate and House bills from U.S. Congressional records.

Subject guide to Chinese code
Irregular. - Classified by many subjects, it provides the entire content of the R.O.C. laws which were enacted by the Legislative Yuan and promulgated by the President

Code amendment cyclopedia
Irregular. - The information in this cyclopedia contains the main reason of each amendment for the codes. - It offers the detailed legislative background of each code , so legislators can get a better understanding of the different editions of the codes

Collection of interpellation records
Irregular. - It is the on-line edition of the legislators' individual interpellation records. - Several kinds of the statistical printouts are offered by the legislators' interpellation information system

Legislative Microform Catalog. Irregular. This catalog lists 291 kinds of microform materials in the collection. The bibliographic record of the item includes microform title, compiler, producer, coverage, and remarks etc.

Legislative literature information retrieval system. Provides index to social, political, economic, and law documents from more that 150 kinds of Chinese journals, research papers, or offical reports which are currently available in the LIS. Records in this database can be retrieved by bibliographic or by subject access.

Legislative Yuan Gazette draft. Provides the most current and timely information of all important matters occurring within the Legislative Yuan. It also maintains an informal record for the proceedings of the Yuan Councils and Committee meetings. Unlike the Gazette, it is issued every day during session as long as there is a meeting held the previous day.

Index of Legislative Record. Irregular. It assembles the legislative records and the debate records, including statistical reports, committee reports, and indexes of legislative history.

This full-text database provides to the complete contents of the code by title or subject access. - It also provides enacting/amending history of each code and statistic reports on the number of the acts solved in each congressional session

Legislators' interpellation information system
Interpellation Records System provides a public accessible, bibliographic database, which has abstract for each interpellation conducted orally or in writing by the Legislators. - The interpellation records can be retrieved by subject, personal name, or by data. - Using this system people may conduct either a comprehensive, retrospective search, or a selective current information search. - It also provides statistic reports of those
records which can be variably assorted by subject categories or by interpellators. - Based on the offical Legislative Yuan gazette, this database contains abstracts or each oral or writing interpellation by legislators. - It can be searched by subject, keyword, name, date, or congressional session, and may produce statistic reports assorted by subject categories or interpellators

Legislative news information system
Contains a daily index of news stories from the major local newspapers. - Every working day the previous day's news are indexed and added to its database to provide current and timely information. - It offers a comprehensive coverage of legal, political, economic news and legislative information. - The file corresponds to printed publication of the Chinese legislative news index. - Records in this database contain basic bibliographic information as well as document types and subject descriptors

The Proceeding is issued prior to each Yuan Council to provide a brief description of the business dealt with in the previous Council

Proceeding agenda
This Agenda is issued prior to each Yuan Council and shows the order of the business to be dealt with in the Council. - It also contains the written replies of the Administrative Yuan in response to legislators' interpellations

News draft
Provides the most current and timely information of all important matters occurring within the Legislative Yuan. - It also maintains an informal record for the proceedings of the Yuan Councils and Committee meetings. - Unlike the Gazette, it is issued every day during session, as long as there is meeting held in previous day
