appears the morning after each day's session and is styled proof,
i.e. minor corrections may
subsequently be made. - Each daily issue is dated and numbered
according to the number of the sitting day. - It also has a

issues are then bound into one volume together with Indexes to the minutes of proceedings, general
motions, bills and papers presented during that year and term of
Parliament. - Each Index includes
the proceedings. - It also carries lists of Ministers, officers,
and committees for that particular year as well as record of
Members' roll and attendances for that term of Parliament
* Notice paper
The official paper used by the
Clerk of Parliament to list the business items which the Members
have introduced for discussion in Parliament and which have not
been disposed of by Parliament. - This appears daily and is

each session. - The Notice paper
accompanies the Daily hansard. -
Printed on yellow paper, each issue is dated and given a running
number
* Question paper
Contains notices of questions for written answers. - Those
appearing for the first time are prefixed with an asterisk. -

after each parliamentary term, which is five years

include annual reports of Government bodies, committee reports,
commissions of inquiry, special study groups, conference reports,
