Every vote counts
Around 62.2 million German citizens -
32.2 million women and 30 million men - are entitled to vote in the
Bundestag elections on 27
September 2009. The electorate has grown slightly since the 2005
Bundestag elections, when around 61.9 million Germans were eligible
to vote.
