- To strengthen the common identity of the Baltic Sea Region by
close cooperation between national and regional parliaments
- to initiate and guide political activities in the region
- to act as a forum for debate and the exchange of information
and experience between parliaments and other international and
interregional organizations

Variable (4-5 delegates per member parliament, 2-3 delegates per
observer)

Parliament of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, and the
